这家酒店简直超出预期！从入住到退房，全程都感受到了无微不至的服务和高品质体验，必须给五星好评！一进门就被挑高的空间和简约大气的装修风格吸引，暖色调灯光瞬间让人放松下来。酒店房间干净整洁，床垫软硬适中，床品柔软亲肤。前台办理入住时，前台工作人员主动热情，耐心介绍设施和周边美食，还贴心提醒我们天气干燥，多给了饮用水。很棒，下次还会再来！

早餐没有华夫饼，不开心，不过胜在品种丰富，还可以选蛋挞，吐司之类！附近有两个商场，购物倒是方便！我预定时备注要安静远离电梯的房间，电梯倒是远离了，但是楼上半夜1点蹦蹦跳跳咚咚响！折腾到3点！后半夜没办法睡觉！非常闹心！再说服务也着实一般，不热情不主动，是我住过的希尔顿里服务最差的！

酒店新开业的，处处透着新，房间不大，设施全床品新，有两个枕头可以选择，但仍觉枕头软。早餐品种虽说不能跟五星级酒店相比，但该有的都有了，能满足需求。门口有大停车场，还有停车券可以免费停车。大堂宽敞，前台态度热情。

酒店特别好
设施：很新，酒店自己有停车场
卫生：很干净
环境：很好，位置特别好，周边就挨着大型商场和各种咖啡店，美食，小清吧
服务：有四种枕头可以选，有决明子枕，荞麦枕，记忆枕，普通枕头。
尤其是马经理的服务，让我记忆犹新，考虑客人的需要，带着所有工作人员的服务都非常出色。
下次来保定，还会选择这里！

卫生：非常干净
环境：周围是企事业单位，不嘈杂
服务：服务积极主动
因为带老人小孩，酒店帮忙延期退房，小孩手表不小心在酒店门口丢了，酒店人员帮忙找回来的，
