It’s a great hotel. Check in was easy (and early, with no issues) and the rooms are great. Clean, well appointed. In room fridge is tiny, which is annoying (it’s fitted within a drawer) but otherwise a great room with a really good shower ‘pod’ with no pre-formed plastic!
Breakfast is good, although the Swiss ‘clear your own plate’ is a bit much when you consider the $45 price tag!

Hotel was perfect for our night stay. I especially liked the tech controls for the room, makes things fun. Helpful staff who kindly allowed an early check-in after our long travels.

Centrally located hotel with excellent breakfast daily. Staff were attentive. Tram stop was right across the street and Zurich HB train station was a brisk 10 minute walk.

We travel around the world so we have a pretty good idea of what an acceptable room should be.These rooms were about as big as I imagine was the lowest class room on the Titanic. The bed was landlocked against the window so the person sleeping on that side had to crawl over the other person if they wanted to get up during the night. So, we switched the direction of the pillows & sheets which meant you had to crawl out like a crab to get out of the bed. I had seen a photo online 3 days before of this so called the hotel to ask about it. I was told by the hotel that it was a “modular hotel” & the bed could be moved out from that position. Well, that wasn’t true. If they had been honest I could have cancelled the room without penalty. The toilet area was smaller than on an airplane. The sink was outside the toilet area. If you think I am making this up go ahead & stay there. There is no front desk just someone standing out in the lobby with a computer. They are only there once in awhile. The upside was there was a great Irish pub across the street. Will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone EVER.

totally overpriced for value you get. Room super small and not up to date
You need to Self check-in and -out - both did not work, requiring waiting for staff. requested invoice with specific address - received it but w/o required address.
