Would stay here again. Staff were amazing!!

Just got back from 7 days All Inclusive. This is our honest review based on the price we paid £350pp.
Hotel
Very nice, basic and quiet.
Beautiful lobby. Nice pool.
Always found a sun-lounger no problem.
Yes the rooms/toilets could do with an upgrade… but… for the price we paid, we didn’t mind and nothing was dangerous or broken. From what we gather, the hotel was taken over a few years ago and they are gradually doing it up.
Staff
Probably the best thing about the hotel. All the staff went above and beyond and were absolutely amazing.
All bar staff, petri, slim, Ahmed…. Chefs… waiters… they even brought drinks over to our sunbeds
Lifeguards! They brought the bed toppers over to our sunbeds for us and lovely to chat too.
The cleaners left us pretty designs int he bed and with flowers etc
The bell-man, can’t remember his name but he helped take our suitcases up to our room and we saw him every day, always with a smile, he was so lovely!
Massage
The man on the massage booking (can’t remember his name) was lovely.
Had a hot oil massage (smelt like bubblegum) cost £35 for 50mins was really nice !
Food
For a 4* hotel this was probably the holiday with the least choice of food we have ever been too. And we were a bit worried after the first dinner. However,, we always found something to eat, big shout out to the pasta man,, we had pasta every night for dinner and he knew exactly how we liked it and cooked it fresh for us. Would’ve liked a bit more of selection for breakfast eg different cereals/strawberry jam and a bigger fruit selection perhaps. But overall was ok :-)
The pancakes at the bar at snack time with chocolate and strawberries were AMAZING!!
Entertainment
(Tmk)
We aren’t ones for joining in daytime activities, we only done darts once. But everyday the team seemed to do boules & darts.
The tmk entertainment staff were really nice and pleasant and made an effort to talk to us. There seemed to be another entertainments team there aswell (club something) I don’t really know what it was but think it was for the French.
Not much evening entertainment, personally would’ve liked a bit more, but I remember in Morocco they didn’t have much of an evening entertainment line-up either so maybe it’s just they don’t really do much.
Excursions
Can’t remember his name, but the guy in the hotel booked our excursions for us and he was very nice and helpful.
Paid £150 for 2 of us to do quad biking (highly recommend!!!) and horse-riding on the beach (I’d never been on a horse in my life, but loved it)
We also managed to get a camel ride on the beach, we had no money to give him so we just asked to have a photo, and next thing u know.. we were both having a ride on the camel. He asked for money after, I said I told him we had no money and he said don’t worry but then demanded some after. We only had 20 diner on us so we just gave him that.
Shopping
The medina 5 mins away was great!
The rovers return had great filler steak and the best Sunday roast dinner (pre-book the roast)
A taxi to hammamet city was 15 diner (£3.50) worth a visit and the shop prices here were so much cheaper than the ones near the hotel!
Always haggle prices! We averagely paid
£8-30 for a bag depending on quality
Got lots of goodies cheap. Sunglasses £5
Got a taxi to the Nabeul Friday market at 8:30am, cost 30 diner , really good!
If you love cats as much as I do, I’d probably recommend not looking down the side streets , I saw tiny day old kittens getting stood on and kicked by people and it was heart breaking, I had to take time out of the market to compose myself as I just couldn’t stop crying, it was heart breaking! We also saw chickens get picked and about to be.. well.. you know… and also cows heads.. so definitely not for the faint hearted.
But definitely an eye opener as to how they live in Tunisia.
Overall, would we stay here again. Yes!
(If we got it for the same price again) it was worth the price we paid for a cheap getaway where everyone was so nice and everything was good.

Good value, would stay again

Ok, so this hotel isn't a fantastic 4*, however, we had a lovely stay and was worth the money. We paid around £15 each (2 pax) per night sharing a twin room on an All Inclusive basis.
Rooms: simple and basic, a little tired in places. Fridge just about worked, no kettle / tea station as shown in photos. Nice size balcony. Great size bathroom, well set out. Shower gel and soap provided and a hairdryer. Shower over the bath, which was so powerful if you turned it up full blast it came off the bracket and made a very wet bathroom
Pool: pool area was lovely, unfortunately a little chilly to make use of it in January! But was still kept clean.
All Inclusive: please see images for timings (I couldn't find the info anywhere before we left!) Although we went in January off peak so they may differ! Food was plentiful, although a reduced offering due to only having around 80 guests! But we had some lovely traditional dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed trying all the Tunisian food. There is a fresh cook station for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At breakfast definitely try a "Bamboulini" awesome
Bar is not particularly well equipped, and choices are limited. All inclusive includes: beer, wine, vodka, gin, whiskey, brandy. Sodas, hot drinks and bottled water. There are also water machines in the bar and dining hall to refill bottles.
All the staff were friendly and great, especially the entertainment team Didi and Max and the bar man Mhadheb!
We enjoyed our stay!

Ok great location.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. I must be honest and say the hotel is looking better than it did. Friendly reception staff, bar staff and restaurant. I stayed half board. Twice for breakfast which was ok only once for dinner, ate out every day.
The hotel is dated and needs some TLC. The cleaner was lovely and my room was cleaned everyday.
Although I wouldn't stay here again as twice is plenty enough, the hotel is in a great location if you just want somewhere to rest your head.

Great

Great place to stay been twice. Food is good, I always found something to eat.
Convenient to get to other places.
Felt safe. Staff are excellent helpful.
Rooms are basic, but the beds are comfy.
My only criticism is I wish rooms had kettle, breakfast went on a bit later
