Octobre 2024 , deuxième séjour ici.
Chambres très propres comme toujours
Lits confortables.
Bonne bouffe.
La plupart du personnel très poli.
Deuxième fois que nous avons séjourné ici.
Raison des 4 étoiles . . . .
Malheureusement, nous allons rester ailleurs où l'année prochaine . Cette année, quelques éléments ont laissé tomber le voyage.
Nous avons payé 50 euros pour des cocktails au bar de la piscine . Très faible. Esprit bon marché utilisé lorsque nous avons payé le plein prix. Le menu dit le vrai esprit ainsi.
Allé commander de la nourriture et a obtenu une réponse grincheuse et une conférence très en colère en raison de ma commande près de l'heure de fermeture. Encore 20 minutes pour commander. Aussi pas content de remplir notre bouteille d'eau avec de l'eau.
Plus de jus au moment des repas
Même pas d'eau.
Jus et café au petit déjeuner qui est bon.
Animation pour enfants fantastique.
"Elva" Je pense qu'elle s'appelait . Elle était brillante. Très heureux et poli super avec les enfants.
Globalement très bien mais certaines choses doivent être abordées.

Très Satisfaisant
Hôtel très accueillant et personnel aimable et disponible
Les installations ( piscine,spa,salle de sport) sont très bien.
La situation de l'hôtel, proche de l'arrêt principal des cars qui permettent de se déplacer facilement sur Mallorca est excellente

Un excellent séjour
Nous venons de passer 10 jours dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles. Tout est parfait ! Personnel très sympa avec une mention spéciale pour le barman Argentin qui est super. Le repas du soir est de qualité. L'hôtel est très propre ! De plus nous avions oublié notre téléphone portable en partant ce matin. Suite à notre appel L'hôtel a envoyé un taxi jusqu'à l'aéroport de palma pour nius l'amener l yn grand merci a la femme de ménage Conchei ! Du grand service bravo !

Très joli hôtel propre et moderne .
Chambre spacieuse
Personnel très souriant et accueillant
Le buffet est bon et diversifié ce qui est rare
Je recommande fortement cet hotel
Proche de la plage avec pas mal de resto à côté et le port juste en face .

Très bien
Hôtel très agréables et propre, le personnel est très agréable et accueillant, le buffet et très variés.
Et positionné très bien autour restaurant et bar et bus.
