Very unreliable; I am still waiting for my money!
We contacted the hotel before the stay and asked if we could have a bouquet of flowers brought to the room. This was confirmed to us, whereupon we transferred the money immediately.
Unfortunately, the guest did not receive the bouquet. Upon inquiry, it was explained without an apology that we should provide our account number and the money would be refunded. Account number submitted; since then, we have been waiting for a response or, better yet, for our money.
In the meantime, almost four weeks have passed, and we still do not have the money. Reaching the hotel by phone is hardly possible, and we have not received a response to our various emails.
A hotel that operates so unreliably is really very disreputable, especially since they advertise with the slogan "100% real, 100% honest."

Top price-performance ratio
+ dog-friendly (allowed to go everywhere except into the spa)
+ small spa with 3 saunas and an indoor pool; outside there is a lawn for sunbathing and a Kneipp pool. Anyone who wants it even colder can cool off right next door in the mountain stream. Second spa for those with children in the other building.
+ great employment opportunities including: Ping-pong, darts, billiards, tennis, fitness room
+ many possibilities all around: hiking, sledding, horseback riding, outdoor pool, golf, ...
+ cleanliness very good
+ very spacious great room
What I would criticize:
- sometimes very long waiting times at dinner
- quality of the food fluctuating
- although it was advertised, there was no dog bed and dog bowl in the room (I am sure if I had asked, I would have received it)
