Copenaghen a 5 stelle tra le favole di Andersen!
Che dire viaggio con mia figlia perfetto in una città stupenda e un hotel con 5 stelle più la stella cometa per la colazione!
Camere stupende nella pulizia,luce,bagni,topper ,3 diversi cuscini mini topper e macchinetta nespresso spettacolare!Se poi hai bisogno di altre cose in più in bagno basta richiedere com qr code!Check out comodissimo on line con cellulare.

Buon hotel, ma con qualche problema
Hotel grande con camere spaziose ed eleganti. Letti comodi, caffè in camera, bel bagno con doccia.
Ottima colazione con cornetti danesi, salato e caffetteria.
Alcuni problemi però:
un giorno abbiamo lasciato fuori dalla porta il segnalino per saltare la pulizia quotidiana della stanza in cambio di un voucher per drink al bar, ma al ritorno in stanza il voucher non c'era, e ho dovuto chiedere alla reception per averlo. Al bar mi hanno poi detto che il voucher era per un solo drink, anche se in stanza eravamo in due.
Un giorno, verso le 14, hanno bussato in camera a mia moglie mentre io non c'ero, e una persona si è presentata come "servizio bar" per chiedere se mia moglie voleva qualcosa. Il tutto non richiesto.
A colazione, l'ultima mattina, un cameriere è stato molto scostante con me, mentre faceva il simpatico con le persone nei tavoli accanto e con mia moglie al mio stesso tavolo.

Nevertheless, we realize that we still have room for improvement and present our sincerest apologies for the issues you encountered during your stay. Regarding the drink voucher, please allow me to clarify as it was provided for one person as your room was booked for a single occupancy and not a double. Our reception was not informed of the double occupancy and I can see that once we were notified of 2 person occupancy, our colleagues have not only immediately assisted you with getting the second voucher, but our team was also very flexible and did not apply the additional fee for the second guest in the room. We hope that you were satisfied with the solution provided to you.
Additionally, we regret any disturbance caused by our minibar attendants. As part of our 5-star service, they check rooms daily to ensure everything is well-stocked and in order. We are sorry if this caused any inconvenience.
Your feedback is valuable, and we will address these concerns with our team to improve our services. Ottimo posto per soggiornare a Copenaghen
Abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno qui. Avevamo una camera con vista sul canale che si affaccia sull'acqua e sulla città che era incantevole. E 'in un punto centrale, il personale è fantastico, la camera era grande con un buon bagno e grande doccia.

Hotel splendidamente arredato ottima posizione
Hotel incantevole in un'ottima posizione centrale il personale siamo estremamente cordiale e disponibile le camere pulite purtroppo eravamo troppo presto per il bar sul tetto che era deludente ma tornerà

Bell'hotel ma ci si aspettava un po 'meglio da un hotel a 5 stelle!!
Prima di tutto, volevo ringraziare la maggior parte del personale che era stato incredibilmente cordiale durante il nostro soggiorno! Ben fatto a loro!
Nel complesso ci piace molto l'hotel: la camera era bella e pulita, il check-in e il check-out erano facili e veloci da affrontare, il cibo al ristorante era incredibile!
Ma per un hotel a 5 stelle mi aspettavo un po' di più per quanto riguarda il servizio fornito ai loro clienti: sono venuta a Copenhagen per festeggiare il mio 50° compleanno e non ho nemmeno ricevuto un biglietto di auguri in camera anche se l'hotel sapeva che era il mio compleanno quando hanno richiesto la nostra data di nascita!
Ci hanno fornito solo una bottiglia di acqua gratuita al giorno in camera anche se eravamo 2 persone che soggiornano in camera quindi sembra un po 'goloso venendo da un hotel a 5 stelle!
Ogni singolo giorno (siamo stati 3 notti) devo richiedere alcune capsule di caffè gratis per la macchina come eravamo esauriti tutti i giorni! Ogni volta che chiamavo la reception, mi chiedevano di chiamare il servizio in camera e viceversa! Non molto professionale né disponibile e FINALMENTE l'hotel non era situato in centro: ci piace camminare ma comunque! ! è stato un buon 15-20 mns a piedi per arrivarci! !
Per quanto riguarda la valutazione gli darò un 3. 5 su 5 per quanto riguarda un hotel a 5 stelle e il prezzo che paghiamo per il soggiorno complessivo, ci aspettavamo di meglio!
