Bella Vacanza
Siamo stati benissimo soprattutto grazie al personale tutti molto gentili e disponibili e soprattutto Kareem del Teen Club che con i ragazzi è davvero fantastico,ottima struttura,molto pulita e offre tantissimo divertimento,cibo a volontà nel buffet anche se non sempre di nostro gradimento,i ristoranti a pagamento invece sono un altra storia.
Uniche pecche sono state i cenoni di Natale e capodanno perché ci aspettavamo qualcosa di particolare e invece alla fine era tutto decorato ma cibo standard.
La carta per aprire la camera si smagnetizzava ogni giorno ma Il problema più grosso é L internet che funziona malissimo e si possono usare solo 3 dispositivi per camera e viaggiando con bambini si sa che si portano tablet e vari dispositivi,oltretutto se pago per 4 persone perché solo 3 dispositivi?

Vacanza piacevole
L'hotel è adatto a tutte le età. Il suo vantaggio è la sua posizione vicino all'aeroporto - a soli 10 km di distanza.
Ottima scelta di cibo, solo potrebbe essere più frutta.
È possibile utilizzare gratuitamente, prenotando con un giorno di anticipo, gli altri tre ristoranti. Consiglio il ristorante italiano.
La spiaggia è fantastica. Con lo snorkeling è peggio, bisogna nuotare oltre o poi attraversare il molo dove sono ormeggiate le barche. Non ci siamo preoccupati della marea - perché c'era sempre abbastanza acqua, sia poco profonda per i bambini e più profonda per nuotare. Le spiagge erano sempre pulite.
Il personale era molto gentile e disponibile. Anche il team di animazione è stato fantastico - c'erano molte opportunità durante il giorno, per essere attivi e divertirsi. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il programma serale.

Soggiorno meraviglioso
Camere incredibili, cibo meraviglioso, il personale era così cortese, gridare al signor Gerges Ayad e il suo equipaggio che ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile! Il posto era sicuro, le serate di intrattenimento erano divertenti. Il posto era pulito. Ci è piaciuto ogni minuto. Complessivamente 100 / 10 .

Amazing resort
The stiff are amazing. Always smily and very responsive. The reception team are amazing. I had a small issue and Shady helped me to sort it out in no time. This is my fifth time in Stiegenburger between here and Al Dau and they never let me down. Great resort!

Great resort
I had a fantastic stay at the Steigenberger Hotel! The food was absolutely delicious with lots of variety—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Every meal was a treat, and you could tell the quality was a priority.
What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt relaxed and friendly, thanks to how genuinely the team cares about their guests.
A big highlight for me was the animation team. They brought so much life and energy to the hotel, and it made each day more fun. I especially want to thank Ali and Elly, who were amazing! Their enthusiasm, humor, and creativity made all the activities enjoyable and gave the place such a great vibe. They really helped bring guests together and made everyone feel included.
If you're looking for a hotel where you can eat well, relax, and feel at home with helpful and cheerful people around you, I highly recommend Steigenberger. I left with great memories and am already thinking about my next visit!
