Comfort stay

Khas Gresik offers great value for comfortable stay. Near to the port of Gresik. Near to the city centre. Love enjoying Gresik city from the top

Good service they have free doughnut

Not spacious room but quite cozy, friendly staff, strategic location and good resto but need improvement dor taste, variety and refill. There were cafe at the lobby and mini poll besode resto. Plus service if tou’re lucky you got free doughnut by management

3-star hotels in Gresik

I stayed on December 3, 2024 in Superior Twin Bed room type following my review:
1. Location
Location close to the dining area, around the hotel many dining venues especially krawu rice.
2. Facilities
The hotel facilities are quite complete. From the swimming pool to the meeting room. There are smoking rooms and non smoking rooms. There's a restaurant and a cafe as well. Only love the parking lot is not extensive so it's kind of hard to park.
3. Bedroom
A room for a class price of 500rban is quite narrow, let alone a twin bed. It's kind of hard to find space for prayer. AC works well. Full TV with cable TV broadcasts. Then the wardrobe place is also quite small not too large space. The hygiene is pretty well awake. Bed is pretty comfortable.
The bathroom is not too large. The shower works well to remove hot and cold water. Two clean towels are provided. But sweet shower toilet leaked so sorry that abis pissed big shower water splashed over here wet almost the whole body and bathroom. This should be noted as well.
4. Food and Beverage
For a variation of food at such a price a little less worthed. Taste is also standard.
5. Service
For the check-in and check-out process quite quickly. But honey when it comes there's no welcome drink.
RO: Maybe I'll try another hotel first when I go to Gresik. Please apologize if there is any of my unpleasant input because I just want the hotel KHAS Gresik more advanced thanks.b

Car toy Diecast My child is missing and missing

Mba Ziezie is beautiful (banget), the check-in process is quick even after 10 o'clock, the room condition is OK, there is a pool for small children, breakfast no complain, maybe only a limited parking but helped to valet with kindness by the hotel officer, I gave 3 stars because the toy car diecast (land cruiser LC300) my child was missing in front of the deposit box, but when asked there was no longer (room 51X, forgot exactly)

Excellent Services

Nice hotel with very kindly staff, when I have family trip at Gresik, I was stay at this hotel. KHAS hotel is a hotel that I will recommend to my colleagues. On that stay, my son gets sick (Scarlett fever) and vomit twice at restaurant. The staff at restaurant is very helpful and kind to help my son. She is very good and nice person anyway. The other staff at bar is kind too and the janitor with mechanical staff give us some welcome bread (that is nice). So, keep your good work and always giving an Excellent Services to your guest. KHAS hotel has plus point in their employees.
