Jederzeit wieder

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Opa Gabriele. Die kleine Wohnung Nr. 3, die wir mit unserem 9 Monate alten Sohn teilten, war sauber und angenehm. Alles lief sehr gut und wir hatten eine sehr herzliche deutsche Familie als Nachbarn, mit denen wir spannende Abenteuer erleben konnten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr.
We had a great time at Grandpa Gabriele's. The small apartment n°3, which we shared with our 9 month old son, was clean and nice. Everything went very well and we had a very warm German family as neighbours, with whom we were able to live exciting adventures. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location overlooking the city and the city's beach and port. Friendly, efficient staffing team. Thanks especially for arrangements to pick my up at the port where I had arrived on a boat from another island.

Helpful staff in Tarrafal

I enjoyed my stay here in Tarrafal. The guesthouse is close to the centre. It is clean. I had my own private kitchen, connected to my rooms via a balcony. Also an en suite. The breakfast was very good, the staff helpful - they did my laundry for a very reasonable price - and the wi-fi worked

Very convenient

Actually, there are not so many choices where to stay in Tarrafal, Edificio Magico is one of the more convenient. It is an oldish, bit tired place, but everything works well and is clean. I had apartments with a kitchenette, so it is possible to make your own meals. They also provide breakfast – modest but adequate and the breakfast room is on the terrace with a sea view. Service is very friendly and helpful. Location is unbeatable – practically in the centre (though there is not much of Tarrafal anyway) and practically on the beach. There is also a small transport agency in the same building, I used their services and found them very much OK.

Edificio Magico was the perfect introduction for me to Tarrafal de São Nicolau Island. The entire team were so professional, and my apartment was perfect, inside and outside on the balcony with its gorgeous panoramic view. The location on the beach in the center of the city was ideal - with easy walks to restaurants, shopping, museums, stadiums and of course along the coast itself. Thanks also for providing suggestions for hiking and touring Sao Nicolau Island.
