We were two couples on a tour in South Norway.

Great place and cabin.
Lovely location.
Some noise after 2300 from the jumping castle.
We visited Prøysenhuset and were very disappointed with the arrangement there, and the price. The forest museum at Elverum is always top. 24 degrees in Mjøsa.
We'd love to come back.

Nice big cabin

Nice clean and bright cabin. The veranda was a bit too small for the five of us to eat outside. Nice playground. The campsite is light on the mjøsa where you could swim also you could rent subs and pedal boats. The toilet block was outdated but clean. Friendly Owner.

Poor sanitation

The campsite was nothing to say up, fight great playground and is nice to Mjøsa. Good places for caravan, but missed marked with number on the field we were lying. The sanitation facility was not good, old and did not smell good. Choose to shower with family instead.

Great camping right by Mjøsa with friendly staff

Stayed in our caravan at Steinvik for two nights, and had nice space at the end of the campsite, right at the entrance to a hiking area. Perfect for us with dog! Good and spacious marked places with many enough power outlets near everyone. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice kiosk in the reception with everything you need, and fresh round pieces that can be purchased from cl. 09. Do not have children but was difficult not to notice the play area - very good camping for those with children. Entirely ok sanitary facilities, but could advantageously be washed over doors to toilet sink, and dried dust/taken down large spindle tissue in lamps and ceilings. We enjoy it here and would like to recommend it further.

Dårlig service

Dårlig service.
Leide en hytte i to netter. Manglet ting på rommet som det var beskrevet skulle være der, som feks mikro og fryser. Sa i fra to ganger i resepsjonen, men til ingen nytte. Det eneste de kunne gjøre var å endre tekst på nettsiden.. Latterlig å betale fullpris for. Ellers en fin plass, utenom hvis man klager på noe.
